Juan Carlos González Carrizales

President

Greetings delegates,

Welcome to the Security Council! I am Juan Carlos González Carrizales, your president, and it is a true privilege to lead this committee alongside you.

I would also like to introduce the rest of the dais team: Sara Michelle Carrillo Navarro, who will be acting as your moderator to guide you step-by-step through every debate session, and Maria Melisa Akkus Campos, our conference officer, who will manage all logistics to ensure you have a seamless experience.

My sincere wish is that through this conference, each of you can design innovative solutions to global challenges while sharpening academic and diplomacy skills that will serve you far beyond this committee, fostering both your intellectual and personal development.

As your dais, we look forward to outstanding debate and insightful contributions that uphold the high standard of the Security Council. Should any questions or doubts arise before or during the sessions, please feel free to reach out to us or to the secretariat team.

Best of luck, and we look forward to meeting you soon!

President of the Security Council
