¡Welcome, delegates!

I, Mariana Flores, introduce myself as your President and warmly welcome you to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) committee. To begin, I would like to introduce my fellow companion members who will join me during this conference to evaluate and support you: María Mac-Swiney Granados as your Moderator, who will guide the sessions and the flow of debate, and to whom you may direct any questions; and Sarah Sofia Aranda Arechiga as your Conference Officer, who will be ready to assist and support you both during and outside of committee sessions.

I encourage and invite you to thoroughly research your country's positions, question with solid arguments, and above all, find solutions to the issues that unfold during our sessions. This committee is designed for you, the delegates, to develop and strengthen your academic skills, discover opportunities for growth, and, above all, build friendships and connections that allow you to evolve.

Our chair awaits you with great excitement to witness each of your contributions and support you continuously. Should you have any questions, we are fully prepared to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact us!
